Sky Mini Boxes Keep Freezing

My mini boxes keep freezing, I have 3 mini boxes (no more than two are used at the same time) I've updated the software. I have to switch everything off (Main Sky Q box and the problematic mini box, I normally just turn them all off). Once they have re-connected it works fine for sometime a few hours sometimes a day or two, then they start to freeze again. The main sky Q box also requires a reset every few days as that freezes too.
