    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, in the last few days I have been having picture break up. Most times it goes away but sometimes it results with a statement saying there is a technical issue with this channel. It is happening on several channels. It is not signal strength which shows a signal quality of 90 and signal strength of 80. Any ideas?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
