Would the viewing card for my new sky Q box be in the old Q box the courier took away?

have ordered a new card and got the new box connected up to Wi-Fi

How do you get the box connected to WiFi. My viewing card also went back with courier. Ordered a new card Wednesday. Sky are saying that they didn't order it despite debiting me £10 for a new card. Now saying form needs to be filled and I have to wait another 3 days for form to be approved 😩
