Hi everyone

I have subscribed to Appletv + via my android phone. When i try to login to the app on sky Q and scan the QR code and input my apple id and passwors it keeps telling me i need to make changes to my Apple id but the links dont work i cant do anything else. Amyone else had a similar issue

Hi @Craig+85

Are you sure that you are using the correct details for your Apple ID and Password?

Looks like i hadnt fully completed my apple id even though i had subscibe. Its all working now.
