      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have recently moved into a rental where I could not have a dish and cancelled my contract. I duly posted back my all peripherals including my viewing card. I recently moved again and the property has a dish so I came back. I have the router and Q box but no viewing card. I have spoken to customer services twice and each time they tell me they will post out a new one, but none have arrived. I have now been without a card for two weeks and so I can't watch the channels I'm paying for!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
