I doubt Sky would have installed such a cable in the first place: in rare cases they do so within a property (where all attempts at Q over WiFi have failed), but not for an external location.

You'd typically need a network installer, knowledgeable electrician or competent handyperson to do such work if you don't wish to try DIY.
