Discovery app via sky q box not working just loads to the logo screen. Discovery plus said no issues must be sky

I wonder if they are working on an update so we can get UHD sports and other extras

That's correct. But the issue or the update is needed from Sky. They are aware of it. Hopefully this is what is happening

I have been trying to download the latest software update and even that is not working - update downloads but won't install

Having the same issue myself and my mams telly also, the discover plus is all that comes up and stays on that screen and nothing else, no option on sky to uninstall and reinstall so can't do anything to fix it.

It looks like a software issue for the new TNT aka BT Sports subscribers for the discovery premium access. Looks like it will need a new software update to fix this.

Not sure this will be fixed tonight.

I'm having the same issues thought I mite have to book engineer out as thought it was something to do with my sky Q box

Don't bother calling sky! Absolutely useless!

Got told to switch off my sky Q box, remove plug then plug it back in, turn sky back on and the issue your experiencing will reset...

For just discovery plus not any other app or channel.. Total waste of time!!!

Same with my Sky Q I've been trying to load discovery plus all evening and all I'm getting is the logo 😠

I'll join in and confirm my sky q discovery + app not working on 3 tvs also 😞 rebooted set and WiFi, no change, software update didn't seem to work either

Mine started working again just 10 min after I commented after resetting my internet and sky Q box quite a few times oh and resetting my discovery pass word.
