Recordings disappeared

Hi all,

I've just come back from holiday and noticed that a whole heap of recordings have disappeared from our box. Some are buy and keep movies but also quite a few series. There doesn't seem to be any pattern with how it's done it because we have a 2021 programme still on there but lots of 2022 gone.

I've rebooted and also checked in deleted items but nothing.

@Paddya any buy& keep programmes can be downloaded to your box again.

If any of the series were downloaded the rights Sky have/had for them may have ended in which case they will have been deleted from your box

It was all recorded items. Just odd that it's kept an item from 2021 but remove recordings from 2022

@Paddya if Sky still hold the rights for the programme from 2021 then it will not have been removed

Ok thanks although not convinced that's the reason. I know there where some BBC, Channel 5 and Discovery programmes on there to name a few.

Spoken to Sky and they are sending a recording specialist around on Thursday although not sure what they'll be able to do
