      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have yet more issues.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am a Sky Diamond customer and I have been with Sky for many years. I have Sky Signature.&lt;BR /&gt;I decided I wanted Netflix. I went into the app section. I then clicked on the Netflix app.&lt;BR /&gt;Up came the message,that if I wanted Netflix I had to upgrade to Sky Ultimate and pay an extra £6 a month. I had previously gone on google and was told that I should be able to get Netflix for free and have a free upgrade.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I await posters comments.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/491706"&gt;@middlesex1993&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Netflix certainly isn't 'free'.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;However, you are probably on an existing discount for Sky Signature. Upgrading to Sky Ultimate online will likely end that discount, hence the £6 increase in price.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you call Sky and explain what you want to do you will probably be offered a discount on Sky Ultimate to mitigate most of that increase.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
