      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks I just spent several hours trying to get through today .. I am seriously thinking of cancelling the service after 20 plus years . Sky don't seem to give a joy for its customers .. was thinking of switching broadband and mobile not now that won't be happening not until I can see massive improvements and of course I don't Chuck sky ... very frustrating&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
