      <description>&lt;P&gt;Others with Community fibre on here have reported this issue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Might be worth having a look there.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/Sky-Q/Failure-of-download-location-check-failed/td-p/4360786" target="_blank"&gt;https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/Sky-Q/Failure-of-download-location-check-failed/td-p/4360786&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The last post suggest going into the link says settings and refreshing your ip address.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Others have called them and they are aware of some problems.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The failure does come from an invalid ip address, that Sky Q is not able to resolve correctly or assumes it's not a UK address, even though it maybe.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
