Sky Q flashes and doesn't connect

Hello,

My SKy Q box, flashes and doesn't connect, Internet working, try unplugging it and plugging it back, remote doesn't work either (change the batteries and tried all troubleshooting).

Any help?

@Roro Try resetting your remote.
Press the buttons 7 & 9 together on the remote until it’s led flashes four times.
Then press 1 & 3 together until the led flashes twice then follow onscreen instructions to repair the remote.

Remote won't restart, less than 2 months old

Good afternoon,

I believe my remote is not working. Changed batteries, tried to reset it by pressing 7 & 9, and then 1&3 with no luck, LED lights don't blink or do anything, but I can see a bit of light on the buttons in the remote.

Any button I press shows me the "search" option on the tv, an doesn't allow me to do anything else.

I guess I will need to replace the remote but it's not even 2 months old.

I was waiting the the Led lights to flash but nothing happened, for I try different ways. Few seconds first (10-15 secs), then 30 sec, then a min, I can see the remote lights up but not the tiny LED ligth at the top.

The remote doesn't have any lights. other than the little one above play/pause, does it?

No, unfortunately the light does not light up but the buttons on my remote do when I press any of them. I wish I could send a picture of the remote.

Batteries are new, button to switch on/off the box work but then any of the other respond, and if they do they altered the sound on the tv o switch off the box all of the sudden.

@Roro the buttons on a Sky Q remote do not light up are you sure you dont have a Sky syream remote

To add a picture reply to a post and click on the icon that looks like a camera (if you put your mouse curser over it it will say insert photos) above the reply box

I meant they don't have any buttons that are supposed to light up so it sounds like the wrong remote.

@Roro thats definately not a Sky Q remote its a Sky Glass/Stream remote
