My skyQ mini box will not turn on even after doing a reset of the box

I have powered off the box and unplugged it from the power. However when I plug it back in, it just stays on standby. I have carried out the skyQ mini box trouble shooter to reset the box but this hasn't worked either. Please can someone from Sky help me to resolve this issue. All of my other boxes are working as expected.
