Wont let me sign into apple tv app

Hi I have signed up to the 6 month free trial and tried logging into apple tv plus app followed the instructions and it won't allow me to login in. I'm on a samsung phone. I cam login in on my smart TV and on the browser but not through sky

Hi @LIAMT1989 open the Apple tv+ app on Sky Q you will see this screen

Select sign in you will see this screen

Select sign in the Sky Q box will generate a QR code now on your phone go to activate. apple. com

Enter the code shown in upper case letters then enter your appleid credentials and a 2FA(two factor authentication)if set up consists of a code sent to your mobile device

Takes a few seconds for your page to refresh on Sky Q then you should automatically be logged in on the Apple TV+ app via Sky Q

Hi thanks for responses it won't let me do this, I've had to download the app onto my smart TV as that allows me to do this but sky just won't

Fair comment @LIAMT1989 I followed the same instructions from my earlier post and my Sky Q box allows it

Just redeemed it today via my samsung phone and signed in on my Sky Q box quite straightforward really but apologies if it's not working for you

I'm the same, can login on my smart TV but not through sky Q. So I can watch Apple in lounge but not on the other TVs
