      <description>&lt;P&gt;Sky Q - connect to router but not internet&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;0. reset network connection - no luck&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1. restarted router and sky box - no luck&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2. checked network cable on another device all good&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3. tried to connected to wifi - won't connect&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;only conclusion i can think is the network card in the Sky Q box is caput ! &amp;nbsp;Last idea is a factory reset - but before I do any ideas&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Tried changing their DNS to 1.1.1.1?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Also suggest trying the DNS hack above.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Ok it resolved itself with no changes to DNS or any more restarts of box/router/mesh network ... after 40 years in IT i'm never happy without a root cause&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
