Paramount + Issue

I finally got my sky QUHD installed today and Im trying to get Paramount plus working, (I am subscribed to Cinema) I have logged in successfully however when I click "get paramount plus" it hangs and then gives me an error:

"We'll be back soon.

Something went wrong, but we're working on this, Please try again later.

MYSKY_2998"

How do I resolve this issue?

Hi @serenataylor

Once you have created your Account you need to click Sign in and not Get paramount Plus.

I have done this.

I am logged into my paramount+ account. It gives me two options: sign out or get paramount+

Hi @serenataylor

If you are logged in you should be able to select Paramount plus content

No. It says I have no active subscription and I should click GET PARAMOUNT+ to subscribe at no extra cost. I click this and it throws an error. I'm getting the same error with Discovery plus.

Hi yes, I had to update the box and it worked fine after.
