Can’t download sky on demand programs

this month I cancelled my sky Q account and did not have sky for a few weeks. Today I signed back up with a deal I could accept.

All seems to work apart from one thing. I have signature and HD. Though I'm not able to download the on demand content it's asking me to upgrade.

However I can view these channels live such as Sky Max in SD and HD

i've downloaded the software for the Q box and done the power off etc so not sure what to do next.

does anyone have any tips?

Do you have the HD add on - if not please try changing the default download preference to SD in

Main Menu -> Settings -> Setup -> Preferences

If you do have the HD add on or the above does not sort you please let us know so we can escalate to SKY
