    <description>&lt;P&gt;We have had problems with recording and playing programmes. It then have a message on the screen stating that we had hard drive fault on the Q box. I reset the hard drive using the remote. This seems to clear the problem but that reocccurs.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;As you have mentioned resetting hard drive, assume as per the &amp;nbsp;Sky help article linked below and still having problems, you can via the link in that article request a replacement Sky Q box;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.sky.com/help/articles/fix-recording-problems-on-sky-q-other-recordings-problems" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer"&gt;https://www.sky.com/help/articles/fix-recording-problems-on-sky-q-other-recordings-problems&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Be aware, that when the courier delivers your new replacement Sky Q box and takes away your broken box, make sure you remove your current Sky viewing card from the broken box to use in your new replacement box.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
