Sky atlantic

I have recorded episodes of game of thrones from sky Atlantic.

When I try to watch the recording it states that I need to upgrade to watch the recordings.

I can watch episodes in real time on sky Atlantic but it seems, not he recordings. Has anybody had this issue also?

hi @SJN1103

Do you have the HD add on - if not please try changing the default download preference to SD in

Main Menu -> Settings -> Setup -> Preferences
