    <description>&lt;P&gt;As mentioned above.&lt;BR /&gt;If you have tried resetting hard drive, as per the &amp;nbsp;Sky help article linked below and still having problems, you can via that link in the article request a replacement Sky Q box;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.sky.com/help/articles/fix-recording-problems-on-sky-q-other-recordings-problems" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer"&gt;https://www.sky.com/help/articles/fix-recording-problems-on-sky-q-other-recordings-problems&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Be aware, that when the courier delivers your new replacement Sky Q box and takes away your broken box, make sure you remove your current Sky viewing card from the broken box to use in your new replacement box.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Sounds like you may need to try a hard drive reset.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Would suggest you try resetting your hard drive, as described in this Sky Q article, link below, from Step2&lt;BR /&gt;Would recommend, restarting the box on Step 1 before following the reset on step2.&lt;BR /&gt;.&lt;A href="https://www.sky.com/help/home/sky-tv/sky-tv-q/fixing-sky-q/fixing-recordings-and-downloads/fix-a-problem-with-recordings/articles/fix-recording-problems-on-sky-q-other-recordings-problems" target="_blank"&gt;Sky Help | Sky.com&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;As it mentions in the article.       <description>&lt;P&gt;have followed the instructions as per guidance.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;tried step 1 several times but no impact.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;have done the reset on step 2 so have wiped everything, but still unable to record so think its an issue with the box itself.....&lt;/P&gt;</description>
