When using apps such as Amazon prime the image is perfect the problem is when using sky q. &nbsp;<BR /><BR /></P><P>I have reset the hard drive, checked the wires changed the wires and changed the colour settings but it's the same.&nbsp;<BR /><BR /></P><P>any suggestions?
