Hi

the image is pixelating and blotchy when watching live tv and recorded programmes. When using apps such as Amazon prime the image is perfect the problem is when using sky q.

I have reset the hard drive, checked the wires changed the wires and changed the colour settings but it's the same.

any suggestions? It's a fairly new box about 6 months old but it is progressively getting worse

Are the apps you're talking about that have a perfect picture running on the Tv or on the Q box?
