    <description>&lt;P&gt;As you have mentioned resetting hard drive, as per the &amp;nbsp;Sky help article linked below and still having problems, you can via the link in that article request a replacement Sky Q box;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.sky.com/help/articles/fix-recording-problems-on-sky-q-other-recordings-problems" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;https://www.sky.com/help/articles/fix-recording-problems-on-sky-q-other-recordings-problems&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Be aware, that when the courier delivers your new replacement Sky Q box and takes away your broken box, make sure you remove your current Sky viewing card from the broken box to use in your new replacement box.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Unable to watch Recorded programs as it says 'power cut' ( when no power cuts) and lose the series link. Also previous recordings say 'no longer available' even though they were recoded a few days earlier. Sky then freezes and have to turn the power off and reset. Have also reset the hard drive as per sky online Instructions but to no avail. Now paying for a service we can't fully use.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
