Our teenager daughter is having a wall mounted TV and Multiroom for her birthday - does the mini sky q box need to be visible for the remote to work or can it work on Bluetooth like our main Q box does - thank you!

Hi @Bella151

Minis operate have there own Bluetooth remotes just like the main Box.

You can also use Voice control

hi @Bella151

You are OK, the remote for the mini uses bluetooth as well like the main box (initially the mini boxes were sent with IR only remotes but that was many years ago now )

Just make sure the box has sufficient ventilation & also if using wifi to connect rather than ethernet is not in a wifi blackspot
