      <title>My very last question on the Sky Q Forum.</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My Sky Q was due to end tomorrow. But no it ended today. I know it has ended because I received a email from Netflix telling me my account was paused.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I don't know what I was expecting. But my box did not turn on at all. The light on the box remained orange. Just wanted to confirm this is what should happen.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have no problem with this.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Ending your Sky Q subscription should not stop your Q box from switching on.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Have you tried pressing the Standby button (Amber led) on the front of the Q box.&lt;BR /&gt;If this turns the Q box on &lt;BR /&gt;Try completly resetting your Bluetooth remote.&lt;BR /&gt;Press and hold 7 &amp;amp; 9 together on the remote until it’s led flashes four times. &lt;BR /&gt;Then make sure that you are pointing your remote at the Q box and press 1 &amp;amp; 3 together until the led flashes and follow onscreen instructions to re- pair.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Ultimately Sky will request return of all Sky Q equipment&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Before you return the Sky Q box back to Sky remove the viewing card and keep it for a while. Should you decide in the next few months to return to Sky Q, Sky will supply another Q box but will have expected you to keep the card.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;EM&gt;So my Sky Q has definitely ended now. It came on and all the sky channels are gone (apart from Sky News). My recordings, catch up etc are gone. I can't now pause or rewind.
