I have sky phone and need to contact them with regard to my TV service.

Providing your services aren't restricted call Sky by dialling 150 from a Sky Talk landline or Sky Mobile.

Is your TV issue something we can help with?

Just checking that your payments were up to date and your TV services weren't restricted as that would mean Sky wouldn't answer your calls. (I didn't think they would be restricted).
