Disney plus programs won't play on sky q mini box

I have a main q box and 2 mini boxes. One of the mini boxes won't play anything on Disney plus. Disney plus opens and loads, I can see all the available shows, but when I press play the screen goes dark and a wheel in the middle of the page just spins.. Nothing happens. Other apps, Netflix etc all work OK. Other boxes all work OK. I have updated the software on all boxes, disconnected and reconnected everything. Refreshed the apps..

What else can I do?
