Next weeks(16th September) scheduled episodes of casualty bbc one haven't got thumbnails the thumbnails are blank but they should have one

The programme "this morning" STV have incorrect thumbnails for all scheduled episodes the thumbnails used are not relevant to the programme issue on skyQ,sky go and Skys tv guide on sky.com

@Kirsty+S27 hi iv emailed the viewers team before about this issue in the past and they just blame the broadcaster and say let the broadcaster know the issue with thumbnails so I do then the broadcasters say issue with sky not us so then I go round in circles this is for anything that's go blank or incorrect thumbnails apparently according to the bbc and itv and c4 and c5 sky control thumbnails for those channels but sky says the broadcaster control their own thumbnails for their own programmes on sky so then I get nowhere but if it's the case that the broadcasters do control thumbnails for their programmes on their channels on sky then they need to be made aware of this by sky @Kirsty+S27 do you know if it's sky or broadcasters who control thumbnails on sky for non sky channels like bbc, itv, c4 and c5

And casualty bbc one on catch up series 38 is not labelled as series 38 and it should be labelled as series 38 but instead it's labelled as aftermath extras and the episodes within this "aftermath extras should have episode and series number attached to them but they don't so the aftermath extras needs renaming back to series 38 and the episodes on this stack need episode and series number re adding back issue on sky go and sky Q @Kirsty+S27 please pass this on thanks

I apologise we can't help with this on the forum, as you know you must direct your query on broadcasting to the Viewer Relations team who can provide the best advice. I'll be locking this thread as the next best step has been provided.

You've also mentioned in your first message content 7 days in advanced does not have thumbnails, we've explained before there is still time for this to be updated before content airs, so isn't a fault.
