&lt;P&gt;Do you have the HD add on -&amp;nbsp;HD is not included by default but the default download quality is set to HD not SD so if you don't have the HD add on&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You just need to change your download preference to SD&lt;BR /&gt;Main Menu -&amp;gt; Settings -&amp;gt; Setup -&amp;gt; Preferences&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;BTW as your other post queried the same but just for a different channel it has ben removed as the reason will be the same (even if it is not the SD/HD issue)&lt;/P&gt;</description>
