Turned on my Sky Q box tonight and there is no lights on front panel, there is nothing whatsoever, can anyone help me with this problem. Please

Have you tried pulling the power?

does it have an external power brick?

Yes I pulled the plug out and put it into another socket and still nothing.

Is the power lead plugged straight into a power socket or is there an adaptor box in the middle?

If it's dead (checked the fuse and socket?) then you'll need to call Sky for a replacement box. (Remember to remove your viewing card)

You haven't got one then. V2 Q boxes have them. V1 and v3 do not, they have internal power supplies. Suspect easier to fix/swap without losing your box and therefore recordings if that is what has failed, which your symptoms suggest may have happened.
