      <description>&lt;P&gt;You haven't got one then. V2 Q boxes have them. V1 and v3 do not, they have internal power supplies. Suspect easier to fix/swap without losing your box and therefore recordings if that is what has failed, which your symptoms suggest may have happened.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
