I also carefully checked the T&amp;amp;C's attached to the email and agaion no mention of haveign to subscribe to Sky cinema. Looks like they are falsley advertising to their customers. Sky agent tried to telll me the email was not genuine. It's the same email address they use for Sky VIP rewards all the time.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Same issue here - wondered if it might be due to trying the signup process on iOS devices (too locked down to visit dodgy links!), but didnt get round to trying anything else. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Pasting and using 'Apply code' doesn't do anything - but it recognises it as a code, because if you change it even slightly it says it's not recognised, but leave it as is and it does nothing. You then get an email or log into your account and it shows you've only got a 7 day trial.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;NB once you've entered your name and email it sets up an account whether or not you select a payment plan or are successful in getting the offer, and there doesn't seem to be a way back - if you try the link again it says you already have an account, which you have to log into, which takes you away from the link page, and you get the same options and inability to add the code. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Their support pages say the same as Sky - you have to use the link and it should auto-fill - but they let you contact them fairly easily, and seem to be email based - wonder if they'll get back before the offer expires...&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;After a bit of back and forth Paramount are now suggesting someone else has already used my 'code', and suggested speaking to sky about generating a new code.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Called Sky on the number offered on their VIP help page, and it's all automated. Although discussing VIP is an option, all of the sub-options after lead back to either account or equipment problems. Then their system just hangs up the phone. I don't think they want us asking questions about Sky VIP rewards.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
