Sky Q turning off

Every 5 or so minutes the sky Q box shuts off and restarts. Have tried turning it on and off. Not working

Assume it is well ventilated and not stacked with other devices?

Does it appear to be very warm? If so best to contact Sky for an Engineer to check.

Thanks for replying. No it's stand alone on the tv stand. We were watching Disney plus at the time of viewing.
