    <description>&lt;P&gt;Our Sky Q box is doing some strange things. Initially it stopped recording so we had to reset the hard drive.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It is now having even more problems. Apps (Netflix, Prime etc) are hit and miss as to whether they'll work. Even live TV is sometimes cutting out.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I decided to try to factory reset the box using the 001 menu but that doesn't seem to be working either!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any ideas would be gratefully received&lt;/P&gt;</description>
