    <description>&lt;P&gt;I had a new Sky Q Box installed a few days ago, it was also set up on a mini box in the other room.. everything worked fine for 24 hours and the next day. The mini box lost programme availability.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have tried most basics with switching things off and rebooting both boxes. Tried resetting everything. I feel it is a connection issue with the router but I've also tried the basics. Wired/not wired. I have now lost access to the sky apps on my sons playstations. So I can only access sky through the main box. I'm clueless to what I need to do now to get things working again.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;(Side note, it wouldn't let me sign in to your website through my WiFi, once I come off WiFi , I can log in)&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So something has happened with our router which is interfering with our sky boxes.. not sure what is going on.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Jane&lt;/P&gt;</description>
