&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/3827669"&gt;@Robert6&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;Have you tried rebooting your main Q box ie &lt;BR /&gt;putting your box into Standby then switching it off at the wall for 30 seconds &lt;BR /&gt;switch it back on then follow the on screen instructions&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;if that doesn't work&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;you could try refreshing the apps in the engineers menu &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;To enter the engineers menu do the follow&lt;BR /&gt;press the home button then scroll down to setting and hi-light&lt;BR /&gt;do not press select/enter but press 001 then select this takes you into the engineers menu &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;scroll down to apps &amp;gt; refresh&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;this can take upto 24 hours to work&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
