Hi I've just changed Internet provider and updated the network settings on my sky q box but after about an hour it loses connection. When I go back into settings it's trying to reconnect to the old WiFi. Any ideas how I sort this so I have constant connection on my new WiFi provider

Hi @Amer

Assume that you were previously on Sky Broadband and are now on 3rd party broadband.

Also assume that you are carrying out a Network reset on your Q box using SSID and password.

Network Reset found in Q box Home - Settings - Setup - Network.
Highlight Status and then select Reset on the right hand side. Follow instructions to connect by WiFi to your router.
If you are on 3rd party (non Sky ) broadband then you need to enter the SSID and password for the router 2.4 Ghz WiFi band..

If you are looking in the Q box settings and seeing a Sky ID then this will be the Q WiFi mesh generated by the Q box. (Not the WiFi it is connecting to)
