I believe so. It was supplied by the company from whom I bought the TV as I've had them to come out and check all was ok with the TV.

HDCP Message

I've started to get the following message intermittently when I turn my Sky Q box on: -

This screen does not support HDCP. Try reconnecting your HDMI cable or use a different screen.

My TV was brand new in February and I have replaced the HDMI Cable and changed the socket it goes into on the TV. It seems the only way to clear is rebooting the box for about 5 minutes. Whilst this resolves the issue it is a bit of a pain.

Any ideas?

Any TV bought in the last 3-4 years will have support for the right version of HDCP on all the sockets so it won't be that (though sensible to try in case of a fault on a socket)

What TV is it and what cable did you use?

Sounds like maybe an issue with the box itself.
