topic Picture resolution in Sky Q

Hello everyone.

I have a new Samsung frame TV, in the settings on Sky Q I have changed the resolution to 1080i and the TV is saying it's not the right mode?

It takes me about 9 times to get the sky box to connect. (Turning off and on the TV and Sky Q box)

I got a new HDMI and have changed the resolution on the sky box to both settings, but it keeps doing this.

I think something is not right with the Sky box.
