Communal sky dish not working and needs replacing and updating for sky Q. Management refusing to do unless all in block (6 flats) agree. Only person wanting sky is me, I own the flat. I'm wanting to know if legally I have a case as the flat was purchased in 2015 with all the sky stuff set up but no one has bothered with sky subscription until now and now dish not working. Cost is about £900 to do work and management company want all 6 flats to agree...

Access to subscription television (or indeed any form of television) is not a right.

IANAL, but I would assume any expectations you might reasonably have are purely in contract law, as based on whatever agreement you have as a resident (which should have been defined at time of purchase)
