Hello, we are being asked to return equipment that we don't have. Also the letter received has a different name on it

Are you a Sky customer?
Have you recently cancelled part of a Sky subscription that would involve loaned equipment being returned?
If not, as you've 'accidentally' opened someone else's mail, you could return it after writing "not known at this address" on the envelope.
