      <description>&lt;P&gt;every time I switch on the tv and choose a channel I get a "techincal fault" message when trying to use the menu there is quite a delay also get message saying I am not connected to my wifi, when I check my router and sky settings they&amp;nbsp; are ok. 've turned off sky and then back on to reset but still have the same problems&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thank you all for your assistance, unfortunately Having spent over 2 hrs on the phone with sky being walked through fault finding, re-setting etc. I've had to have an engineer call out as it appears it may be my SKY Q box !! (not due till Wednesday .....)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;THANKS&lt;/P&gt;</description>
