      <title>Netflix App continuously trying to load</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've followed all the steps in the bot chat and FAQ/ help section for Netflix.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;When I select the app to watch Netflix I cannot get past the loading screen. I just get the red circle whirling all the time...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Not happy given I pay a lot of money to you for this service which I currently can't use.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Turned thoe whole thing off and back on and still get the same thing.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Connection to your router ok?&amp;nbsp; Try rebooting the router too.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I assume you have sufficient Internet bandwidth.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes all ok...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;we've had no issues for the last 3 years. It has only started happening in the last couple of weeks.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When we sign into Netflix via our TV app it is fine. But when using the Sky App we just continue to get the loading circle.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;We shouldn't have that.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
