How far will sky run a cable for sky q?

I want to run sky q down to my summerhouse, will sky be able to give me enough cable (about 15 metres).

If you're thinking of having your main Sky Q box in the summerhouse, 15 metres won't be a problem.

Although a Sky installer could choose not to carry out such an installation if they felt, for example, that the dish cable would be too vulnerable or a potential hazard.

If you are talking about ethernet for a Mini box then Sky won't do such work at all, or provide ethernet cable for DIY purposes. Remember that Q Mini boxes do not have a dish feed: their data comes from the main Q box.
