&lt;P&gt;You could try a full reboot (remove power supply, wait, restore power)&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;It's worth remembering that the single hard disk drive in any Sky box isn't intended to be a long term media archive: it's there to facilitate time-shifted live viewing / downloading of on-demand content, and has no particular reliability or any form of redundancy or backup.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have just discovered that all my programs that were recorded prior to 2023 have been deleted.&amp;nbsp; I have lost a lot of recordings but I know I still had disc space available. Hoping some can help.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
