why have some shows disappeared from netflix on sky box but not on the Internet on a laptop?

Which shows are you missing? The Netflix service on Sky is no different to that on other platforms.

Just used Sky q manual search on all those you mention (with correct spellings 😀) and all are listed under the Netflix category.

Also went into the Sky q Netflix app on main and mini Sky q boxes and all are available.

The Sky q Netflix app will display exactly the same content as the smart TV or other device apps (Roku, fire stick, Apple TV, tablet, phone etc).

If you are using the new 'standard with adverts' £4.99 cheaper price tier on Netflix you will find some shows are not available to view with that price tier.
You will need either the basic, standard (with no adverts) or premium tier to view all content for UK Netflix.

thanks for your reply, all seems to have suddenly changed on my TV and I've have lost access to these shows (sorry, predictive text took over) but the shows are still there on my laptop - it's purely my sky q box that's the issue and it happened overnight, is there someone I can contact?

The content on the app is the same on all platforms so not sure how you can lose access to certain shows.

I am getting the exact same issue. Shows I have been watching on my watchlist. Showing on phone and tablet in my Netflix account. But not on my sky box. Same happened one night last week and then was sorted by morning. Weird!

I have the exact problem. Did anybody find a solution? Weird they are showing in netflix through my smart TV and on app on mobile but not on sky app?

Netflix on sky q box not showing all shows, first noticed after watching something on the fire stick in a different room, to then use the sky q box to continue watching but it wasn't there. It works on every other device in the household except the sky q box. Please advise as this is extremely frustrating, it won't even let me cast from the phone to the sky q box. Just some of the shows I noticed was none of the Spider-Man/venom movies, Rick and Morty, vampire diaries.

Are you sure you're not using an age restricted profile on the Q? I see all of the shows you say don't show up.
