I have sky cinema so should get paramount plus free. I have tried to login and link it to my sky but it's not recognising my details. It says my account is linked to sky but not accepting my details when I login. Paramount are saying I dont even have an account with them, so I'm a bit stuck as can't unlink to sky to try again

You have posted in the Sky+ box forum where you do not have to register so if you don't have a Sky+ box are you are a Sky Glass or Sky Q customer ?

Sky+ customers don't have a Paramount Plus account. Providing you have Sky Cinema you'll be able to see Paramount+ content on your Sky+ box.
