Sky Signature pack?

Hi to all,

I have just been reviewing my last billed account and went to see what packages I have, I noticed I have the Sky Signature package, the Sky HD package and the Ultra HD package, do I still need all these packages or can I one package be used for all?

Slightly confussed, can someone please explain the differences?

Sky Signature is the basic pack. The others are add-ons. To watch in HD you need the HD add-on. To watch in UHD (on your main box) you need the HD and UHD add-ons.

Hi @GMSmith

SKY Signature is the current minimum 'base' pack that you must have to watch SKY on SKY Q.

SKY HD then gives you access to many channels in HD rather than just SD (although a few 'freesat' channels are available in HD without it) - also if you pay for Netflix through SKY it upgrades Netflix to be able to watch it in HD and use 2 secreens at once

UHD On top of the HD add on then allows access to UHD (aka 4K) content on any channels you have - also again it upgrades Netflix to UHD & up to 4 screens - note UHD is on top of HD

Thank you for your info 👍, it sounds simple now! I think it has confussed me with differnt name changes.
