I'm waiting on my new tv being delivered so my sky q box is not currently connected to a tv. Can I still watch tv in my bedroom on my mini box? Tia

hi @leannemac1

Assuming it has all been set up, then providing the main Q box is connected to the Satellite Cables and powered on (can be in standby) then the mini should still be able to be used.

If you do get any problems you may need to attach a TV or even get by with a Computer monitor to be able to check settings etc

Keep your main Sky Q box in standby mode, the Sat cables connected and make sure it's still connected to your router.

I ran mine for a week or so like that, when I was unable to use the room the main Sky Q box was inand watched live tv, recordings all via a Sky mini box in another room still connected to the main Sky Q box.

Yeah, I mean it's basically the same as when you main TV is switched off.
