Signal issues on ITV 103 (NW)

Anyone else having signal issues on 103. Recent recordings pixelate and have now had no satellite signal come up. It's only on 103.

Take a look at the troubleshooting on the appropriate section of this link.

You may then need to contact Sky and arrange for an engineer to check the alignment of your dish. Be aware that if you’re on a communal dish system you’ll have to contact your landlord or building management company rather than Sky.

Thanks for your reply. Tried all that already. The weird thing is it's only the NW version of ITV HD on 103. All other channels are perfect including ITV+1 and ITV SD.

ITV SD and +1 are on different frequencies, the only other channel likely to be affected is ITV2 HD.

Hi, usually if it is only one channel affected by no satellite signal, this suggests the alignment of the dish is correct. Please try restarting your Q box by switching it off at the mains, check all wires are correctly clicked in and the dish input cables are nice and tight, and then turn it back on and follow the on screen instructions.

It's most likely to be a dish alignment fault. The frequency with the HD version of ITV Granada carries these channels -

ITV Granada

ITV Wales

ITV Tyne Tees

ITV Westcountry

ITV West

ITV2

(All are HD versions)

As the other regions wouldn't be listed on the EPG the only channels affected would be ITV1 Granada and ITV2 HD.

Have you made any changes to your package recently and do you have the HD subscription?

Checked ITV2 (thanks for the advice) and breakup there too. Sky coming out on Monday 28th...Thanks everyone for your advice.
