i have a Sony KD-55XF9005 and sky Q.

today it has decided not to change volume.

it shows the volume rising and falling in the tv but it doesn't change. I've reset the settings on both the remote and box, I've also repaired the remote multiple times, and nothing is working.

can anyone help please?

Hi @Nugget2891

Try rebooting your Sony TV.

Disconnect power lead for 30 secs and then reconnect to reboot

Hi @Nugget2891 If it showing the volume changing on the TV then it is purely a problem with the TV. You can confirm this by using the TV Remote to change the volume. Do you have any sound bar or AV system attached?
