    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My Sky Q and broadband service ended on 6th August and I am yet to receive the returns box.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I gave my new address to the customer service rep on the phone but it hasn't arrived.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please can a new one be sent?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thanks&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
